This is a very beautiful Bitless, no force Sidepull Bridle with removable noseband to enable conversion into a standard bridle with bit.

The Barefoot Amber 2 in 1 is made from the finest Brazilian leather combined with hand-braided mountaineering rope fully adjustable on both sides.

2 in 1 bridle - noseband can be removed and bit attached (by opening Chicago screws)
two pretty horsehair tassels further enhance the look of this bridle
round braided (with strong inner core) noseband and throatlatch, flat browband

This bridle looks very nice and is one of my favorites. However, the only bit I am able to attach is one with a D ring. I am unable to use my Kimberwick because the leather is too wide. I use it only as a bitless bridle but it is easily adjustable so I can use it with multiple horses.
