Excellent customer service January 10, 2024 Reviewer: Roberta Larimer from Granville, OH United States   The leathers were perfect except I ordered the wrong color, black instead of brown.  I send an email to customer service which back back to me in about 3 hrs.  In the mean time, I ordered the correct brown leathers and figured I would just gave to float the $100 until I could get a credit.  Customer service canceled the new order and said they would  sent the correct color to my granddaughter when the return got to them.  The turn around was 3 days to new shipment.  Outstanding customer service. Awesome leathers April 10, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from NH United States   Very soft and impressively supple, they break in easily and are simple to adjust and attach to saddle. Plenty of room for adjusting length. Can ride in sneakers and tights if I want! Was this review helpful to you?
