Barefoot Easy Break-Away Lead Rope Attachment


The Break-Away Lead Rope Attachment was developed by Barefoot Saddles of Germany and a patent has been applied for it. There are horses that resist being tied and will suddenly pull back against the rope. This Break-Away Attachment is strong enough to safely secure a horse, yet safe enough to instantly release should your horse spook or rear up against the rope. This avoids severe injuries or even a broken neck which unfortunately sometimes happens when the horse cannot free himself from conventional halters in a fall.

The Break-Away simply attaches to any lead rope. Practical as it can remain at the tie-up place and be used on several horses that tie at that location.
