Furthermore, as you ride and break in the saddle, the knee roll will conform to the rider's leg.

2 of 5 Barefoot as a dressage saddle September 8, 2018
Reviewer: Mary Paschall from Sequim, WA United States
The construction of the saddle is good as well as the leather quality. Customer service outstanding. I am still making multiple adjustments to gain my balance. So, the ability to adjust the saddle stirrup and canter position is good. The Barefoot T-lock stirrups are dreadful. The T-lock under the saddle flap is very bulky. Make the stirrup loop a hook so the stirrup leather can slide on, this eliminates the need for a T-lock under my thigh. The T-locks at the stirrup end should slide between the leather layers. This prevents the T-lock from scratching my new saddle and boot. The leather protector supplied does not stay over the T-lock as it migrates up and the rivet stretches the saddle. It, too, is too bulky. I used vet wrap and the sleeve off my Wintec to solve the problem. I’d copy their design. In general, this is not a plug and play saddle. A lot of adjustments are needed to get proper dressage balance. Parked the saddle for now, may put it up for sale.
