The stirrup has black non-slip rubber on the wide platform base. It is easy to slide your foot into the stirrup as it is already turned in the direction of your foot. If you loose your stirrup it is easy to get it back into the stirrup.

The top of the stirrup where the slot is to put in your stirrup leathers is 1 1/2" inches.
Stirrup tread is 4.5" wide and from front to back is 3.5" Use with 1" English stirrup leathers.

Sold in pairs

Note: Because the stirrups are subject to regular movement during use, under the rubber foot pad is screw/bolt that may get loose over time with normal use. Periodically securing the screw with adhesive is recommended from the manufacturer.

5 of 5 Love these stirrups Wednesday, October 22, 2025
Reviewer: Ashley from Ramseur, NC United States
Was on the fence about these because I read they were heavy but glad I got them. They are heavy; however, they are comfortable to ride in and don’t add that much weight it outweighs using them. I love how wide the foot pad is!

5 of 5 90 degree stirrups and fenders Sunday, June 30, 2024
Reviewer: Jensen James from Aiken, SC United States
I have a spinal condition that’s ending my showing and riding career. I found my barefoot saddle second hand. I bought the 90 degree stirrups and the fenders to help with my balance and hopefully still be able to go for a walking trail ride. This was my last effort to remain in the saddle. They stabilize my legs and feet to where I don’t have to post anymore. I can just sit perfectly balanced on my horse. I don’t experience the pain I had in my jump or dressage saddles. Thank you barefoot for keeping me on a horse. I was losing hope.
