7 - Day Saddle Trial Program

Most of our Barefoot saddles are imported directly from Germany and typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive, so please plan your trial timing accordingly.
We offer a 7-day trial period so you can properly evaluate the saddle on your horse.

To make the most of your trial: Please ensure you are not traveling or on holiday during your trial period. If you are working with a trainer, saddle fitter, or instructor, confirm their availability in advance.
Your 7-day trial begins on the day the saddle is delivered. Because of scheduling and inventory limitations, trial periods cannot be extended for any reason. Proper planning ensures you have a smooth and successful trial experience.

You can order any saddle from our store and try the saddle for one week (7 days) to decide if it's a good fit for you and your horse. The 7-day Trial starts the day you receive your saddle. We recommend you contact us at [email protected] for saddle fitting help to start with your new saddle.

Before you order the saddle measure the correct size pommel for your horse. We have printable pommel sizing charts available.

When you receive the saddle - Keep it clean, keep all the tags and bags. Ride in a controlled area, do not go on a trail ride.

If you mark it up, scratch it, or damage it, you cannot return it.
You cannot return a used saddle pad or girth/cinch. Use your own saddle pad to try the saddle if possible or use a clean cloth under the saddle. If you have also ordered a saddle pad, please put an old towel or sheet underneath to protect the saddle and the pad from soiling.

If after one week on the 7th day you decide to return the saddle, please request a Return Authorization number from us. You would be responsible to pay the shipping to return the saddle back to us.

Saddles must be returned when your 7-day trial ends. Return must include all the original tags and bags and include copy of the original invoice.

Once we get the saddle back your order will be refunded minus the $150 Trial/Restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
