The Barefoot Nevada is a horse friendly treeless western saddle made of robust, open pore cow hide, called nubuck leather.  Nubuck leather is especially pliable which enables the saddle to mold around your horse's back allowing close contact and a comfortable position for the rider.

The Barefoot Nevada's dirt repellent surface treatment makes it an easy saddle to maintain.  The underside is a light colored thick fleece.

The square skirts of the Barefoot Nevada will provide more stability on big framed, wide and round horses with flat withers. The English rigging system provides improved lateral stability for thick bellied horses with a forward girth groove. A wide fork insert is standard on this saddle.

Barefoot brand treeless saddles come with a saddle system called VPS which is a patented panel system designed to protect the spine of the horse.

The Barefoot Nevada is a special order and is not returnable.  Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.

• Size 2:  Equivalent to Western saddle sizing 15 - 16, English saddles 17 - 18 (ladies pant sizes 8 and above)
