The lightweight safety stirrups Trail have an extra wide and padded tread area, making them ideal for trails or endurance riding. The tread surface is made of a non-slip rubberised surface with soft and resilient foam underneath. The step absorbs shocks and is very comfortable for the rider, especially during longer rides.

This makes the temples ideal for trail riding and endurance riding. The suspension of these stirrups is suitable for wide stirrup leathers or fenders.

The safety cage prevents the foot from slipping and getting caught on the saddle.
Manufacturer recommends the screws should be glued from time to time using screw adhesive, for example Loctite 243. As the items move during use.

Technical Information
Safety Stirrup Trail has a metric screw. ISO 7380-1 fillister head screw, TX, steel 10.9 galvanized (zinc plated), M 4 x 10. We also recommend using screw adhesive, for example Loctite 243. As the items move during use, the screws should be glued from time to time.

I use these on very brushy and stemmed trails where the vegetation pulls and shoves around my boots. These caged stirrups keep my feet from being shoved out, and from small branches inserting themselves into the stirrup and wrenching my leg around. My only criticism is the cage is stored and shipped in a concave, collapsed position that does not want to correct itself into the normal cage position. Otherwise they are a great trail stirrup.

Very comfy trail stirrups. So far they are sturdy. The only thing I’d like would be a more narrow neck. But my wide leathers work just fine.

Just so disappointing the saddle and gear didn't work for me. The cost of sending it back was over the top.

Great width and grip, did not know they would be so stiff in the padding though. Seems like it will soften with time, and absorbs enough shock for now.
